Debbebe Tolosa Rorisa is an experienced expert in Rural Development, Agricultural Extension, and Communication. He serves as Training and Communication Lead at MDC, supporting the design and delivery of capacity-building programmes and strategic communication initiatives.

He holds an M.Sc. in Rural Development and Agricultural Extension and has completed PhD coursework in Agriculture and Rural Innovations from Makerere University, Uganda. His work combines academic depth with practical field experience in innovation, scaling and rural development.

At MDC, Debbebe leads training and communication efforts, helping translate knowledge into action across MDC projects and client assignments.
